2.4 Employees, agents, consultants, contractors, and close family members of bis77 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to register as Players or to participate in promotional offers.
3.1 Each User may hold only one Account on the bis77 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. bis77 may require you to verify any change to your registered details before processing withdrawals.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bis77 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and you must notify bis77 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
3.4 bis77 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where bis77 has reason to believe that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.5 Account verification (KYC) is required before bis77 will authorize a withdrawal. KYC may include submission of a government-issued identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. bis77 may request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, not only at the time of the first withdrawal.
3.6 bis77 may, at its discretion, close inactive Accounts — defined as accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — following prior notice to the registered mobile number or communication channel on file.
4.1 All transactions on the bis77 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bis77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion to player funds.
4.2 bis77 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 100.000 for bank transfer channels and Rp 50.000 for e-wallet channels. bis77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; any bank or e-wallet intermediary fees are the responsibility of the User.
4.3 bis77 aims to credit deposits to a User's Account balance as follows: e-wallet deposits within 60 seconds of confirmed payment; bank transfer deposits within 15–60 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Processing times during national public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day — may be extended.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. bis77 targets a processing time of 24 hours for verified withdrawal requests. Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bis77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.5 bis77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined internal thresholds, that follow an unusual pattern of play, or that are flagged by the bis77 fraud monitoring system. Enhanced due diligence may extend the standard withdrawal processing time. bis77 will communicate any such delay to the Player promptly via the registered contact channel.
4.6 Deposits made to the bis77 Account are for wagering purposes only. bis77 will not process a withdrawal of a deposit that has not been subject to at least one (1) times wagering turnover, in order to prevent fraudulent fund-cycling activity through the platform.
5.1 bis77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, rebates, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published on the bis77 Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is ten (10) times the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.
5.3 Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise, the following contribution rates apply: sportsbook wagers on odds of 1.50 or greater: 100%; slot games: 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger): 10%; card games (Sakong, Bandar Ceme): 5%.
5.4 Each promotion is available to one Account per household address and per IP address. bis77 reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User or group of Users is exploiting promotions through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method that circumvents the spirit of the offer.
5.5 bis77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonus credits already granted to Users prior to any such modification.
5.6 Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering requirements, or used to fund wagers that are hedged or arbitraged across multiple bis77 accounts or in combination with accounts held at other operators.
6.1 All sportsbook wagers placed on the bis77 platform are subject to the bis77 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the intended market price resulting from a technical error, bis77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players.
6.2 bis77 live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Asia Gaming, and WM Casino. Game outcomes in live casino and slot products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or physical casino equipment, as applicable. bis77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Where a game session is interrupted due to a network failure on the User's side, any wager already accepted by the bis77 system prior to the disconnection remains valid and will be settled according to the final game outcome. bis77 is not liable for losses resulting from a User's connectivity issues.
6.4 bis77 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed after an event has commenced where live pricing was not intended to be available, or where a pricing error has occurred due to a data feed failure from a third-party supplier.
6.5 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled as void if two or more legs are voided due to match cancellation, postponement beyond 72 hours, or technical error. Single-leg voids in a multi-leg accumulator reduce the number of legs; the accumulator remains active provided at least two live legs remain.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bis77 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9.1 All content on the bis77 platform — including but not limited to the bis77 name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of bis77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the bis77 platform for personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bis77 content without prior written authorization.
10.1 bis77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While bis77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bis77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from connectivity failures, device incompatibility, delayed settlement, or inaccurate odds data supplied by a third-party data provider.
10.3 bis77's total aggregate liability to any individual User arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bis77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11.1 bis77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the bis77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. See Privacy Policy.
11.2 bis77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your prior consent. bis77 may share your data with payment processing partners, KYC verification service providers, and fraud detection services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
12.1 bis77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact channel on file — which may include notification via the bis77 platform interface, SMS to the registered Indonesian mobile number, or both — not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
12.2 Continued use of the bis77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the revision.
13.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which bis77 operates.
13.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
